Luftaufnahmen gehören heute zum Standard professioneller Filmproduktionen. Was einmal aufwendige Spezialtechnik mit Helikopter und großem Crew-Aufwand erforderte, lässt sich heute mit modernen Kameradrohnen präzise, flexibel und in höchster Bildqualität realisieren – in 4K, mit stabilisierten Bildern und auf Wunsch auch im vertikalen 9:16-Format direkt für Social Media.

Bei Basiliscus Film verleihen wir Drohnen von DJI – das Equipment, mit dem wir selbst Luftaufnahmen für Imagefilme, TV-Reportagen und Dokumentationen produzieren. Wer eine Drohne bei uns mietet, bekommt praxiserprobte Technik, keinen Lagerfund.

Drohne allein oder mit Pilot – ihr entscheidet

Ihr habt einen EU-Drohnenführerschein und wollt selbst fliegen? Kein Problem – wir vermieten unsere Drohnen tageweise. Bitte beachtet, dass für Drohnen über 250 Gramm in Deutschland der EU-Kompetenznachweis A1/A3 oder das EU-Fernpilotenzeugnis A2 vorgeschrieben ist. Die DJI Mini 3 Pro mit ihren 249 Gramm bildet hier eine praktische Ausnahme und fällt in die offene Kategorie A1 – ideal für schnelle, unkomplizierte Drehs ohne bürokratischen Vorlauf.

Wer den Aufwand scheut oder einfach das Beste aus den Aufnahmen herausholen will: Wir stellen auf Wunsch einen erfahrenen Drohnenoperator dazu. Unser Kameramann Uwe Schwarze ist zertifizierter Drohnenpilot mit jahrelanger Erfahrung in der Luft – über Berlin, Brandenburg und ganz Deutschland. Das Livebild wird am Boden in Echtzeit beurteilt, Belichtung, Kamerawinkel und Flugweg werden präzise abgestimmt. Die Ergebnisse sind kein Zufall.

Alle unsere Drohnen sind haftpflichtversichert. Die Kosten für den Versicherungsservice berechnen wir mit 8 % auf den Nettomietpreis.

Aerial footage is now standard in professional film production. What once required expensive specialist technology – helicopters and large crews – can today be achieved with modern camera drones: precise, flexible and in the highest image quality, in 4K, with stabilised footage and, if needed, natively in vertical 9:16 format for social media.

At Basiliscus Film, we rent out DJI drones – the same equipment we use ourselves for aerial shots in corporate films, TV reports and documentaries. When you hire a drone from us, you get field-tested kit, not something gathering dust in a warehouse.

Drone only or with a pilot – your choice

Do you hold an EU drone licence and want to fly yourself? No problem – we rent our drones by the day. Please note that in Germany, drones weighing more than 250 grams require either the EU competency certificate A1/A3 or the EU remote pilot licence A2. The DJI Mini 3 Pro, at just 249 grams, is a practical exception – it falls into the open category A1, making it ideal for fast, straightforward shoots with minimal bureaucracy.

Prefer to skip the hassle – or simply want to get the most out of your footage? On request, we provide an experienced drone operator. Our cameraman Uwe Schwarze is a certified drone pilot with years of experience in the air – above Berlin, Brandenburg and across Germany. The live image is monitored in real time on the ground, with exposure, camera angle and flight path coordinated precisely. The results are never left to chance.

All our drones are covered by liability insurance. We charge 8% of the net rental price for this insurance service.
