We have the adequate video equipment for all kinds of different fields. If necessary, we can also rent additional video equipment from our partners to fulfill special requests of our customers.
For classic everyday filming, the HD format (1920 x 1080px) has become established. Our camcorders also deliver the four times larger Ultra HD format with a size of 3840 x 2160 pixels. Both formats have an aspect ratio of 16:9. There is also 4K. This term originally comes from cinema, but is now used as a term for Ultra HD. With a size of 4096 x 2160 and an aspect ratio of 17:9, the widescreen effect is even more pronounced. On a normal HD or UHD TV or monitor, however, you then have small black bars at the top and bottom.
With our Sony FS7, we have the option of recording four separate sound tracks. If all four sound tracks are needed, for example, because you want us to accompany a group of four people and each individual protagonist should be easily understandable, it makes sense to book a two-man ENG team for this task. The cameraman can then concentrate on the picture and the person for the sound also has his hands full. But we also like to use the four sound tracks when we shoot with only one cameraman. Then we record a stereo atmo on two sound tracks, which later gives the film a nice three-dimensionality, and use the remaining sound tracks for the voice recording of our protagonists.
We have the right film equipment for all areas of application and can also rent camera equipment from our partners if our customers have special wishes.
