VJ production of a premiere trailer for the new film »Close« by Lukas Dhont
As part of the 22nd French Film Week in Berlin, Belgian director Lukas Dhont presents his new film »Close« at Cinema Paris. The production company Pandora Film commissioned Basiliscus Film to produce an atmospheric trailer from the day of the premiere. For this, one of our VJs accompanied Lukas Dhont to the premiere and interviewed some audience members after the screening to get first reactions for the trailer.
A moving story about friendship
Léo and Rémi are both 13 years old, grow up together in the countryside and are the very best of friends. They trust each other blindly, are carefree with each other and are inseparable. When they both move to secondary school, their relationship changes – with dramatic consequences. The reactions after the film: emotional – which we could understand very well. »Close« was awarded the Grand Jury Prize at the 2022 Cannes International Film Festival and was also nominated for an Oscar.
